For snowfalls over 1 inch, our team automatically comes out. For smaller events (1–2 inches), we typically come once at the end of the event, as these don’t usually block access. For larger storms (6–8 inches), we aim to service once during and once after the storm to keep driveways clear. If salting is included in your contract, it will be done during icy conditions or after plowable events for the best results. While exact timing varies by storm, our approach is proactive to stay ahead of weather events.
We service all commercial properties automatically for all snow and ice events. For lighter events (1–2 inches), we usually service once at the end. For heavier snowfalls (6–8 inches), we aim to clear once during and once after the event to avoid interrupting business operations. If salting is contracted, it will be applied during icy conditions, for light snowfalls, and as needed during or after plowing. Exact timing is storm-dependent, but we work proactively to stay ahead of each event.
We offer seasonal contracts only. This allows us to maintain top-tier service by covering the costs of equipment, vehicles, staff, insurance, and more. Seasonal pricing also helps customers avoid unpredictable billing spikes, as rates are based on 10-year snowfall averages.
